📦 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

✅ Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, or manuals included (if applicable).

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🔁 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email or customer service contact]. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (like food or flowers)

  • Personalized/customized items

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

📬 Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund if we provide a return label.
